We attempt, wherever possible, to source our produce from local producers and thought it might be fun to introduce you to some of our brilliant suppliers.  We are very lucky to have such a talented bunch of food producers living and working in the local region.


This is Kat at The Saffron Kitchen with a number of her award winning products, much of which integrates Saffron she and her partner grown on a farm in nearby Capertee Valley.  We use her Saffron dessert syrup on our Persian orange cake and it adds that final note of sweetness that finishes the cake perfectly.  I haven’t had any of the granola yet, but all our friends are raving about it.  We also always make sure we have some of her fig paste in the house – a family favourite.  A great place to pick up gifts or treats for yourself if you are passing through Rylstone.  Shop 69 Louee Street Rylstone.
